Monday 5.45pm – 6.30pm TRX

A new category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages ones own bodyweight and gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. All abilities.

Monday 6.45pm Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling is a high intensity, low impact, aerobic fitness class. Cycling group exercise classes at Escape include a variety of rides, combining hills and plains, (climbs and sprints), which are simulated by increasing or decreasing the resistance of the special bike. This workout also tones the lower body and builds endurance.

BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Tuesday 10am Body Pump

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Tuesday 6pm Boot Camp Circuit

The class is designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. Instructors will ensure that the intensity levels are properly adjusted for each individual’s performance. Reach peak physical condition with this explosive activity.

Tuesday 7pm STEP CLASS!!!!!!!!!!!!

STEP focuses on basic, athletic programming which allows you to switch off your head and turn up the workout. Using a step, this multi-peak workout shreds fat and boosts fitness through a series of agility, functional conditioning and high intensity interval training sessions. All abilities

Thursday 10am Indoor Cycling

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. This class finishes with toning exercises.

Saturday 11.30am Kettlebelll Workout

With Kettle bell training, every movement delivers cardio, core and resistance training all at the same time.
